Refund policy

We will happily exchange your product for incorrect choice or change of mind, within 30 days of your purchase, provided the item(s) returned are unused and in the same condition as received with your original receipt. We do not offer refunds; however, we do offer credit in the form of a gift voucher which can be redeemed instore or online. Where a product is found to be faulty a replacement, credit or refund will be arranged. 

To arrange an exchange it is very important to first contact our lovely customer service team on info@sports-world.com.au we hope we will still have the product / size in stock so we can issue you an exchange. Please contact and return your item(s) back to us within 14 days of your purchase. We will offer you another size or gift voucher to the same value of your original purchase which you can use online or instore at Sportsworld. Gift vouchers do not expire.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

All item(s) being exchanged must be in original condition, unworn with original packing, and tags attached. Receipt of purchase from sports-world.com.au should also be submitted with all exchanges. If any items being returned do not arrive in their original condition they may not be accepted (unless faulty).  

All Online sale items purchased through sports-world.com.au can not be returned for a refund or exchange either in-store or online.

Return postage is at the cost of the customer.
